Fleet-Centre is the monitoring platform behind machines in the field. Hours, condition, faults, location and firmware come back from every unit — through the manufacturer, the customer who owns it and the operator who runs it, each seeing exactly their part.
Access is by invitation from your manufacturer or fleet administrator — no public sign-up.
Illustrative — sample fleet, not live data
Everything you know about it afterwards arrives second-hand — a service sheet months late, a warranty claim with no history behind it, a phone call about a fault nobody can reproduce. Fleet-Centre closes that gap. The machine reports for itself, continuously, and the record is there before anyone needs to argue about it.
Each unit carries a device ID programmed at end of line, so it is the same machine to the factory, the dealer and the customer — whoever it is sold on to.
Live connected state and last heartbeat on every row, so a silent machine looks different from a machine reporting nothing wrong.
Readings stream in from the field and are charted, filtered and archived — hours, temperatures, faults and everything else the controller sends.
Thresholds raise alert events automatically, notify the recipients you nominate, and stay on the board until a named person acknowledges them.
Positions and trails on a live map, drawn from the same readings — useful for utilisation, and for the machine nobody can find.
See what build each machine is running and what it is configured to do, recorded per unit rather than remembered by whoever fitted it.
Manufacturer, customer and operator each see their own slice, enforced in the database — down to which functions a given user may use on a given machine.
Faults captured on the machine and in the mobile app come back with context attached, instead of arriving as a phone call.
The same machine matters differently to the people who built it, own it and drive it. Fleet-Centre gives each of them their own view of it, and nothing beyond it.
You built the machines.
See the whole population across every customer you sell to: what shipped, what is running, what is failing and on which firmware. Register new units, hand them to a dealer or customer, and invite their administrators without touching the database.
You own the fleet.
Your own machines, your own people. Group units into fleets, assign operators to the machines they are allowed to use, set who receives alerts, and answer the question of where a machine is and what it has been doing.
You run the machine.
The machines assigned to you, and only those — with the functions your organisation has granted, on the dashboard or in the mobile app that connects to the machine directly.
Separation is enforced, not assumed. Every request is filtered by row-level security in the database against the signed-in user's organisation and role, so one customer cannot see another's machines even if a page or an API call asks for them.
No cellular contract per machine and no black box to fit. The machine already knows what it is doing; Fleet-Centre gets that off the machine and keeps it.
The controller logs what it is doing — hours, condition, faults, position — and offers it over a short-range link.
The mobile app pairs with the machine, collects what it has not yet sent, and forwards it as soon as it has a network. Nothing is lost if the machine works out of signal.
Readings land against the right machine, thresholds raise alerts, and the record accumulates — partitioned and archived so history stays affordable.
One dashboard for the manufacturer, the customer and the operator, each scoped to what they are entitled to see.
There is no public sign-up. Your machine manufacturer or your own fleet administrator invites you and sets what you can see. The invitation arrives by email with a link that lets you set a password and name yourself on the account — open it from that email, and you are in.
Invitation not arrived? Ask your administrator to resend it.
